About Props

Props make yoga accessible, safer, and more effective. Here’s what we commonly use in our sessions.

Yoga Blocks

2 blocks recommended. Cork or foam. Makes poses accessible.

Straps

For assisted stretching and alignment. A belt works too.

Yoga Wheel

Optional. Great for backbends and chest opening.

Dowel Rod

Optional. Helps with shoulder mobility and posture.

Props are recommended but not mandatory. We can work with what you have. Many students start with just household items (books, belts, towels) and gradually invest in proper props.
